ADVANCE REGISTRATION
Participants who pre-register will benefit by way of a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the conference registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fee. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

NOTE: To avoid record duplication, Submitting Authors MUST register online using their Access Key (provided at time of submission of abstract). If you have misplaced your Access Key, please contact the Workshop Management Office.

REGISTRATION TYPES AND FEES
REGULAR Registration Fee
The Regular Registration fee entitles the participants to attend the scientific sessions; poster sessions and coffee breaks. It also includes a delegate registration kit consisting of Workshop Program and Abstract Book. It also includes one (1) Welcome Reception and one (1) Banquet and Tour ticket. Additional tickets for the Banquet and Tour are available for a fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO AUTHORS: Accepted Authors must register no later than April 1, 2007, in order to confirm their participation in the Workshop and to be published in the Abstract Book. Cancellations and substitutes will not be accepted after this date.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Registration fees may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or cheque, in Canadian dollars to the order of Receiver General for Canada (NRC-Wonton'07). All Federal Government Employees are invited to pay through the Financial Information Strategy (FIS).

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Workshop Management Office prior to April 1, 2007. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date. All refunds will be subject to a set administration fee of $75 CAD.
